However, due to the timing, I often miss the shows especially so when my kids start school at 8am and therefore I have to leave home earlier than that. Is there recorded video clips on all the pass exercises? It will be great so at least I can do it at my own time. 4 kids to look after and a full time working mum really left me with no time for myself.
