Some parents with young kids in prams take it as their God-given right to ram others ‘in their way’.
A young father ran over my toes with his child’s stroller in Ikea once, coming in from the carpark. It wasn’t crowded at that time.
Maybe such people think they are the privileged lot and therefore entitled to have the right of way, regardless

Totally agree with your article. Unless we are prepared to help out all around and be less resentful towards parents with young children, I doubt money and incentives can tempt couples to have more kids.

I am impacted by your views and you are setting me to think through carefully…
I’m 25 and i am constantly thinking when am i ever ready to start a family and see my kids running around me… and honestly, i can’t really visualise that either…
Nevertheless, coming from a working mum and armed with experiences of raising your child, i am opening up my ears to listen…
